Is there a specific order to use in|harmony products to get the best results?

Our core line is formulated for all products to work together to balance and heal your skin. Start with Balancing Face Cleanser followed by our Hydrating Hibiscus Toner.
After toner, use our Brightening Eye Cream and finish with 24-Hour Moisturizer.

Do your products work with lighter skin? 

YES! Our products work on all skin tones. Although they are formulated to combat specific needs of melanin rich skin, the ingredients in our product benefit all skin. 

Are the fragrances in your products natural and safe?

Our products are 100% synthetic fragrance free. The natural aroma of our products are from 100% organic essential oils.

Does in|harmony products contain nasties?

In|harmony products are 100% naturally derived, vegan and organic. We are proudly free of skin irritants and nasties including paraments, phthalates, petrochemicals, PEG’s, mineral oil, sulphates, silicones, GMOs, and synthetic colors and fragrances.

Are in|harmony products tested on animals?

in|harmony is 100% completely cruelty-free. Animals are not used in the testing of products or supplied materials (except willing humans of course!). Since the beginning, we have followed cruelty-free procedures. Every step of the testing and production process is free of animal testing, and we only work with suppliers who do not use animals in any way.

Are in|harmony products vegan?

in|harmony products are carefully made with all-natural components to help restore your skin's natural pH and soothe a variety of skin types and ailments. Our complete line of products is created entirely of plants and contains no animal by-products or derivatives. There is no lanolin, beeswax, emu oil, honey, or any other animal product in this product. We exclusively use 100% organic plant-based oils, butters, and extracts to encourage healthy glowy skin.

Where should I store my in|harmony products?

We recommend you store your products in a cool, dry, dark area such as a cabinet or in a room, out of any direct sunlight. If your house is warm, we recommend that you store your products in a refrigerated space to maintained its shelf life.

What are the expiry date for in|harmony products?

All in|harmony Skincare products will last up to 12 months unopened from date of manufacture.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When will I receive my order?

We offer standard shipping and priority shipping, standard shipping will take 1-4 days to reach you. Priority shipping will take about 1 to 3 business days to reach you. Standard shipping will take 1-4 days to reach you.

Do you offer Returns or Refunds?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you decide our products don't work for you, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need your order number to begin the return process.

In regards to refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
